Win2PDF is a powerful and useful program that installs a printer which can be used from any application to create a PDF file.

It is really easy to use and intuitive. You just have to open the document you want to convert, then select Print from the file menu and choose the Win2PDF printer, and finally save or e-mail the PDF file from the File Save dialog. It also allows you to set advanced options such as paper, resolution and scaling. You can also select the document properties such as orientation, paper quality and other printing specifications directly from the Print menu. Moreover, the professional version has the ability to encrypt PDF file, and also set whether to enable copying, printing or modification. What is more, all web links starting with www or http are automatically converted to PDF hyperlinks. The Terminal Server edition also supports printing from Citrix or Microsoft Terminal Servers. In my testing, the program successfully converted the file to PDF format keeping the original layout as well as text and graphic contents.
